Louisville, KY has long had the need for month to month, furnished housing outside the extended stay hotel space. 

In 2015, Nishea learned this first hand. She was in need of temporary furnished housing while she transitioned through her divorce. AirBnb was still new in the Louisville, KY area and she couldn't find anything owned by private landlords. Also, with a small child in tow, she wasn't interested in a hotel setting.

We know that folks want a place to call home for anywhere from 30 days to six months or sometimes more so we're here to help!
